Your Committee is currently looking at ways of improving the usage of the club on Saturday afternoon/early evening.
We are keen that this time be enjoyed for playing squash and racketball with members that you might not normally play, and for junior members to have an opportunity to play and learn from adult members. We also wish to make this a social occasion too, for example holding occasional quizzes.
To test the water and get feedback from members, we will be holding an ‘All Welcome’ open afternoon/evening on Saturday March 10th.
Steve Everitt will be running a session for junior members from 4:00pm. Courts will also be available to play squash and racketball from 4:00pm, and there will be a family quiz at 7:00pm.
And so that no one need miss out, we will also have the England v France six nations match showing in the bar (4.45pm kick off)! And the pool table will also be available.
Please do come along and enjoy some free squash and racketball followed by the rugby and a quiz, and make it an enjoyable social occasion.
Also, if you do know anyone who you think might like to come and try squash/racketball at our club, beginner or experienced, please do bring them along.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 10th March.
